基于皮肤科医患会话的患者满意度调查

便利抽样法选取2017年6—9月在南京市某省属公立医院门诊皮肤科就诊的218例患者为研究对象,对就诊时医患会话进行录音并使用问卷调查,采用Logistics回归和单因素方差分析,查找问卷调查中满意度影响因素,并结合医患会话内容,找出具体相关内容。发现门诊皮肤科患者就诊满意度与患者人口学特征无显著相关,但是与医生礼貌敬语的使用、病情解释清晰到位和指导患者用药有显著相关性。皮肤科医生在患者就诊过程中,改变用语习惯,使用礼貌敬语、重视病情解释和清晰指导用药,能够提高患者就诊满意度。
Convenience sampling method was used to select 218 patients from the outpatient department ofdermatology in a provincial public hospital in Nanjing from June 2017 to September 2017. Doctor-patientinteraction recording, questionnaires, logistic regression and One-way ANOVA were used to find out factorsinfluencing patient satisfaction during doctor-patient interaction. Satisfaction in the outpatient department ofdermatology was not significantly correlated with the demographic characteristics, but with doctors' linguisticmanners, disease interpretation and guidance of drug use. Dermatologists change the language habit, payattention to the linguistic manners, disease interpretation and guidance of drug use can improve the patient'ssatisfaction.
