高职院校就业思想政治教育工作路径探索

摘要
近年来,就业形势越发严峻。然而高职学生就业中却也出现"毕业即失业""有业不就"等不良趋势。如何提高高职学生就业竞争力、助力学生完成人生的重要转折,成为高职院校开展就业思想政治教育的工作重点。但是高职院校现有的就业思想政治教育体系中存在较多不足,无法满足学生的需求,所以探索新型有效的工作路径成为此项工作的重中之重。
In recent years, employment situation is under greater pressure. However, the employment of vocational students has a bad trend of "graduation equals to unemployment", "have a job not to go". How to improve the employment competitiveness of vocational students and help students opportunely step into the community, becomes a major work of employment ideological and political education in vocational colleges. But, there are many shortcomings in the existing employment ideological and political education system in vocational colleges. Students are not satisfied with it.That's why exploration on the effective and new work path of employment ideological and political education becomes of paramount importance.
