<正>外伤所致的骨折是骨科临床最常见的类型,部分病人常合并有颅脑损伤,临床实践中往往会观察到合并颅脑损伤的骨折患者骨痂出现过度生长,甚至有异位骨化的现象出现,有研究指出[1],骨折愈合时间和损伤组织修复速度与颅脑损伤相关,但与大脑损伤严重程度、颅内出血和性别等无关。体外实验证实[2],严重创伤性脑损伤患者血清能够加速人骨骼肌来源的细胞进行成骨分化和增殖,刺激间质
