外科手术根治心脏再同步化治疗后感染性心内膜炎一例
摘要
患者,男性,57岁,因"活动后胸闷、气促3年余,再发1天"入院。诊断:扩张型心肌病,二尖瓣、主动脉瓣关闭不全,完全性左束支传导阻滞、心功能Ⅲ级。予以心脏再同步化治疗后患者心功能明显改善,但术后41个月出现起搏器囊袋感染,予以清创保守治疗好转,术后53个月因感染性心内膜炎,最终外科手术拔除全套起搏系统。
