摘要

思想政治教育,作为一项以"培养与社会发展需要相适应"为目的的社会实践活动,对教育对象乃至整个社会发挥着极大的作用。然而,在思想政治教育的长期实践过程中,由于对个体性功能的重视不够,影响其作用的发挥。因此,阐述和探析思想政治教育个体性功能,对丰富和完善思想政治教育功能理论,提高思想政治教育的实效性尤为必要。
        Ideological and political education,as a social practice with the aim of "adapting to the needs of social development",plays a great role in the object of education and the whole society.However,in the long-term practice of ideological and political education,due to the lack of attention to the individual function,its role is affected.Therefore,it is necessary to expound and analyze the individual function of ideological and political education to enrich and perfect the theory of ideological and political education and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
