摘要

通过人体骨骼推断年龄是法医鉴定领域重要的研究课题之一,无论是在司法鉴定领域还是在个体识别中都占有重要的地位。该文介绍了法医学骨龄鉴定的主要方法、参数以及数学处理方程;在此基础之上对骨龄鉴定的科学依据、法律依据进行了分析;提出了从科学性、准确性、规范化出发完善骨龄鉴定制度,并就鉴定意见的审查与质证等相关法律规制问题进行了分析与讨论,以便对司法工作人员将骨龄鉴定意见科学正确地运用到诉讼实践有所助益。
        Estimating age of humans based on the skeletal identification is one important topics, no matter in the judicial practice or in individual identification. In this paper, the main methods for identification of skeletal age, parameters and regression equations are introduced. The scientific principles and legal basis for identification of skeletal age are analyzed further. Some suggests of improving bone age identification system is proposed from science, accuracy and standardization. Forensic expert opinion, its cross examination and other issues of related laws and regulations are discussed to promote the skeletal age identification of scientific and correct application.
