新媒体环境下高等院校图书馆个性化信息服务对策研究

摘要
新媒体时代各行各业的服务离不开新媒体的承载和传播,高等院校图书馆也面临着信息资源急剧增加、获取信息方式多样化等挑战,而作为高等院校图书馆的使用者,学校中的教师、学生面临着信息的选择障碍。针对这一挑战,从高等院校图书馆的线上个性化信息服务入手,分析目前我国高等院校图书馆该服务的落实情况以及存在的若干问题,同时结合国内其他图书馆如公共图书馆这一服务的开展情况,对我国高等院校图书馆个性化信息服务提出若干建议,为今后这一服务的发展给出一定的参考。
The service of all walks of life in the new media age can not be separated from the carrying and spreading of the new media.The university library also faces the challenge of increasing the information resources and obtaining various information methods.As the user of the university library,the teachers and students in the school are faced with the obstacle of information selection.Therefore,in view of this challenge in the new media environment,this paper will start with the online personalized information service of the university library,and analyze the implementation of this service.The existing problems in the university library of our country are listed,including the service of other libraries in China,such as the public library.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the personalized information service of university libraries in China,and provides some reference for the future development of this service.
