基于中医传承辅助平台的肺癌治疗方剂组方用药规律分析

摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2. 0),分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中中医药治疗肺癌相关方剂的用药规律,为进一步挖掘中医药治疗肺癌及新药研发提供临床参考。方法:应用中医传承辅助平台软件,构建中医药治疗肺癌的组方数据库,运用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对组方数据库进行中药四气、五味、归经分布,频次统计,证型分布,组方规律及新方分析等研究。结果:共涉及中医药治疗肺癌的346首方剂,涉及中药275味,分析了处方中药物出现的频次,常用药对及常用组合,演化得到新处方15首。结论:中国期刊全文数据库中收录治疗肺癌的方剂以清热化痰、健脾益肺、散结解毒、养阴益肺、燥湿化痰、消痞散结等功效为主,药性多温凉并用、药味多甘苦辛,体现肺癌的"补泻兼施,标本同治"的治疗原则。
Objective: Based on the software of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform( V2. 0),to analyze the drug law of TCM prescription related to lung cancer in CNKI,and provide clinical reference for further exploring TCM treatment of lung cancer and new drug research and development. Methods: By using the software of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform,the prescription database of TCM for lung cancer was constructed. By using the data mining method of software integration,four natures,five flavours and channel tropism distribution of drugs,frequency statistics,syndrome distribution,prescription law and new prescription analysis of the prescription database were studied. Results: A total of 346 prescriptions and 275 Chinese materia medica for lung cancer were involved. The frequency,common drug pairs and common combinations of drugs in prescription were analyzed. 15 new prescriptions were produced. Conclusion: The prescriptions for lung cancer included in the full-article database of Chinese periodicals are mainly effective in clearing heat and resolving phlegm,strengthening spleen and benefiting lung,resolving masses and detoxification,nourishing Yin and benefiting lung,eliminating dampness and phlegm,relieving and eliminating mass and so on. The medicinal properties are mainly warm and cool,and the medicinal flavours are mainly sweet and bitter. These reflect the treatment principle of " reinforcing and reducing in combination,manifestation and root cause concurrent treatment" for lung cancer.
