浅谈中医的世界观

摘要
中西医争论存在已久,这两种医学体系在对人体生理病理的认知、药物解读方式及经络系统的研究方法等方面都有非常明显的差别。中西医最根本的差别在于两者思维方式的不同已成为医界的共识,取象比类作为中医认识世界的方法也一直为历代医家所采用。笔者研究发现,以上存在的种种不同,实际上折射出中西医两者更深层次的差别:对待生命、世界的认识不同。中医、西医是在不同世界观的指导下研究生命的医学体系。文章通过基本的医学思辩结合现代科学的研究成果,加以贯通,试着论述中医最基本的世界观。
There has been a long dispute between Chinese and western medicine. There are obvious differences between the two medical systems in the understanding of human physiology and pathology, the way of drug interpretation, and the research methods of the meridian system. The most fundamental difference between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine lies in the difference of their thinking modes, which has become the consensus of the medical circles. The analogy has been adopted by doctors of all dynasties as a way of understanding the world of traditional Chinese medicine. The author found that the above differences, in fact, reflected a deeper difference between Chinese and western medicine: different understanding of life and the world. Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are medical systems that study life under the guidance of different world outlooks. This article tried to discuss the basic world outlook of TCM by combining basic medical speculation with the research results of modern science.
