百年来中医理论发展特点和启示

摘要
在《百年中医史》研究的基础上,对百年来中医基础理论发展的特点与问题进行思考总结。将其总体发展特点归纳为:学术地位显著提升;学术体系逐渐形成;研究方法日趋丰富;学术队伍不断壮大;基础理论创新亟待突破。将其启示总结为:既述兼作,传承创新;深入细化,环环相扣;原创优势,另辟蹊径。认为中医理论的发展既是中医学发展的先导,也是目前中医学发展的最大瓶颈,亟待取得根本性的变革与创新。
On the basis of the research on Bai Nian Zhong Yi Shi(《百年中医史》 Centennial History of Chinese Medicine), this paper generally summarizes the characteristics and problems of the development of basic Chinese medicine theories in the past century, and sums up its overall development characteristics as follows: Academic status is unprecedentedly significant. Academic systems have been gradually formed. Research methods are becoming increasingly abundant. Academic teams are in full strength. Innovation of basic theories needs urgent breakthrought. The enlightenment is summarized as follows: Innovation should be inherited. Work should be implemented in details and organized thoroughly. Original advantages and unparalleled methods should be taken into consideration. It is supposed to be both the forerunner of the development of Chinese medicine and the biggest bottleneck of its current development,which needs urgent fundamental transformations and innovations.
