糖尿病前期人群中医特色综合健康管理干预效果评价

摘要
目的观察中医特色综合健康管理方案对糖尿病前期人群的干预效果。方法将120例糖尿病前期人群作为受试对象随机分为一般管理组和强化管理组,均给予生活方式干预方案,强化管理组根据中医体质类型制定个体化的调理方案,2组干预3个月后观察血脂、血糖等指标变化情况。结果强化管理组干预后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白等指标较一般管理组干预后明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采用中医特色综合健康管理方案强化干预后糖尿病前期人群的血糖和血脂代谢改善更明显。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive health management intervention program on the prediabetes population.Methods 120 patients with pre-diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into general management group and intensive management group.Lifestyle intervention program was given to both groups,and intensive management group was given TCM physical conditioning program at the same time. Results The indexes of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the intensive management group were significantly improved compared with those in the general management group( P <0. 05). Conclusion The blood glucose and lipid metabolism in the pre-diabetic population were improved after intensive intervention with comprehensive health management program with Chinese medicine characteristics.
