芪益糖肾方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨芪益糖肾方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月～2018年2月100例早期糖尿病肾病患者,根据随机数字表法分成两组。对照组给予常规降糖、他汀类等药物治疗,观察组给予常规降糖、他汀类等药物联合福建省基层老中医专家兰启防主任医师治疗早期糖尿病肾病验方"芪益糖肾方"治疗。比较两组糖尿病肾病疾病改善率;血糖控制良好时间、住院时间;治疗前后患者血糖控制情况、肾功能尿微量蛋白情况;治疗不良反应。结果观察组疾病改善率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组血糖控制良好的时间、住院的时间优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前两组血糖控制情况、肾功能情况并无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组血糖控制情况、肾功能情况优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗不良反应和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论常规降糖、他汀类等药物联合芪益糖肾方治疗早期糖尿病肾病,可更好控制血糖和改善肾功能,用药安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of Qiyi Tangshen formula in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 100 patients with early diabetic nephropathy from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional hypoglycemic,statin and other drug treatments.The observation group was given conventional hypoglycemic,statin and other drugs combined with Qiyi Tangshen formula prescribed by LAN Qifang,a primary expert of traditional Chinese medicine of Fujian province,to treat early diabetic nephropathy.The improvement rates of diabetic nephropathy,duration of good blood glucose control and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Blood glucose control,renal function and urine microprotein before and after treatment were compared.Adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups. Results The improvement rate of disease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,(P < 0.05).The duration of good blood glucose control and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose control and renal function between two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).Blood glucose control and renal function of the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion Conventional hypoglycemic,statin and other drug combined with Qiyi Tangshen formula in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can better control blood glucose and improve renal function.It is safe and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
