摘要

目的观察中医饮食护理应用于胃溃疡治疗中的具体护理效果。方法选取64例胃溃疡患者分成对照组和研究组各32例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组患者配合中医饮食护理,对比观察患者护理干预前后的生活质量与睡眠质量,同时调查患者对本次护理的满意程度。结果护理后研究组生活质量与睡眠质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡治疗过程中,在常规护理的同时配合中医饮食护理,可提高生活质量,改善睡眠质量,增加护理满意度。
        Objective To observe nursing effect of dietary nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods Choose 64 cases gastric ulcer patients Divide them into control group and study group, 32 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine nursing, and study group with traditional Chinese medicine dietary nursing. Compare and observe life quality and sleep quality of patients before and after nursing intervention, and investigate satisfaction degree of patients with nursing. Results After nursing, life quality and sleep quality scores of study group were higher than control group(P<0.05), and nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In treatment of gastric ulcer, traditional Chinese medicine dietary nursing combined with routine nursing can improve life quality, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction.
