《中医饮食营养学概论》是以讲授中医学和营养学的知识为基础,并通过合理的饮食和食物选择来维护健康和预防疾病及延长寿命的一门课程。作者概述了近年来课程教学方案方面的探讨。
        "Traditional Chinese Medical Dietetic Trophology" is designed to teach how to use food to keep physical health,prevent and cure diseases and promote the body's recovery under the guidance of TCM theory system and a discipline of anti-aging.The article discussed our ways to improve teaching effects.
