摘要
本试验针对有机质质量分数较低(30%~40%)的重力浓缩污泥,利用蚯蚓堆肥,研究了一种新型污泥处理的方法。结果显示:蚯蚓数量从开始的300条分别增加到1 207条、1 012条、960条,说明蚯蚓能很好地适应直接投加重力浓缩污泥的生存环境。蚯蚓粪呈黑褐色,无臭味,不生蛆,性状稳定,其含水率约为48.93%~59.87%。污泥理化性质变化显著,p H值从原污泥的6.50升到7.13;电导率从0.5 S/m升到1.12 S/m;灰分由57.28%增加到62.02%。污泥营养物质含量变化显著,总氮从46.29 g/kg降低到19.37 g/kg,总磷和总钾增加。碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾分别从860.04 mg/kg,87.56 mg/kg,837.05 mg/kg显著增加到1091.18 mg/kg,119.35 mg/kg,1 134.87 mg/kg,虽然蚯蚓堆肥试验中氮的流失严重,但污泥肥效得到明显提高。试验结果表明,蚯蚓堆肥处理方法适合于处理有机质质量分数较低的重力浓缩污泥。
        A new sludge treatment method is studied by experiments of earthworm composting for gravity concentrated sludge with low organic matter content(30%~40%). The results show that the number of earthworm increases from 300 to 1207,1012, 960 respectively, indicating that the earthworm has better adaptation in the environment of concentrated sludge. Vermicompost, moisture content of which is approximately 48.93% ~59.87%, appears dark brown, relatively stable, no odor and maggots. Vermicomposting results in significant increase in physicochemical property, for example, p H, electrical conductivity and ash content increase from 6.50, 0.5 S/m and 57.28% to 7.13, 1.12 S/m and 62.02%, respectively. The percentage of nutrient substance is found to significantly increase. The content of total nitrogen reduces from 46.29 g/kg to 19.37 g/kg and total phosphorus and total potassium increase from 31.97 g/kg, 11.09 g/kg to 44.99 g/kg, 11.81 g/kg respectively. In addition,available N, P and K rise from 860.04 mg/kg, 87.56 mg/kg, 837.05 mg/kg to 1091.18 mg/kg, 119.35 mg/kg, 1134.87 mg/kg,respectively. Although there are serious nitrogen loss in vermicomposting, fertilizer efficiency of sludge significantly increases.Results shows that earthworm composting is suited for treating gravity concentrated sludge with low organic matter content.
