摘要
秦山核电按照系统化培训方法(SAT),创新技能培训体系模型搭建、构建技能人才培训体系和培训内容、方式,设计开发技能培训课程和编写技能培训教材,并开展技能培训。创新构建形成通用、专业、专项技能培训三个层级的技能培训体系标准规范的技能人才培训体系,为技能人才构建了终身职业技能培训制度。技能培训实施采用集中技能培训和导师带徒技能培训两种方式,以层层递进的培训模式,通过集中技能培训、岗位初始技能培训(导师带徒)、再集中技能培训、岗位继续技能培训交替进行的技能培训方式,促进员工技能在职业能力通道上能够持续改进和不断提升。对技能培训过程中不断强化核心工作实践(CWP)的要求,通过评估不断优化技能人才培训体系,创新导师带徒技能人才培训管理与评估模式,以保证技能培训有效性,进而实现从新员工到高技能人才全程技能培训,促进各专业领域员工技能在职业能力通道上能够持续改进和不断提升。
        Qinshan Nuclear Power has creatively built the skills training system model, structured the skilled talents training system, planned the training content and method, developed the skills training courses and prepared the skills training materials, and carried out the skills training program in accordance with the Systematic Approach to Training(SAT). Meanwhile, Qinshan Nuclear Power has creatively developed a three-level skills training system, i.e. general-purpose training, specialized training and special-skill training, and constructed a standardized skilled talents training system, making it possible to put a lifelong vocational skills training system in place. The skills training is implemented in two ways i.e. centralized skills training and mentorship, and through the progressive layers of the training process, and the centralized skills training, on-the-job initial skills training(mentorship), centralized skills retraining and on-the-job continued skills training alternate with one another to enable the employees to continuously improve their skills in their vocational capability channel. The core work practice(CWP)requirement has been constantly emphasized in the skills training process, the skilled talents training system constantly optimized through evaluation and creative effort made in the mentorship skilled talents training management and evaluation approach to ensure the effectiveness of skills training and, furthermore, to make it possible to achieve a whole-process skills training covering new employees as well as high skilled talents and to enable the employees to continuously improve their skills in their vocational capability channel.
