超声引导在临时性血液透析患者中心静脉置管术中的应用研究

摘要
目的:研究超声引导在临时性血液透析患者中心静脉置管术中的应用。方法:将随机选取的42例于我院进行治疗的中心静脉置管导管感染患者平均分成对照组(21例)与观察组(21例),对照组给予常规的静脉穿刺术进行治疗,观察组实施超声引导下的静脉穿刺术进行治疗,观察记录手术时间,统计置管成功率以及并发症发生率,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组手术时间[(5.29±1.08)分]显著短于对照组[(8.99±1.89)分],且P <0.05;观察组穿刺成功率(95.24%)较之于对照组(66.67%)显著偏高,P <0.05;对照组并发症发生率(28.57%)较观察组(4.76%)显著偏高,P <0.05。结论:超声引导在临时性血液透析患者中心静脉置管术中的应用能够提高置管成功率,增强血液透析疗效,降低并发症发生率,具有临床价值。
Objective: To study the application of ultrasound-guided in PICC of patients with temporary hemodialysis. Methods: 42 patients with PICC infection selected in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(21 cases) and observation group(21 cases). The patients in the control group were treated by conventional venipuncture. The observation group was given ultrasoundguided venipuncture, and the operation time was recorded. The success rate of catheterization and the incidence of complications were compared. The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results: The operation time in the observation group was(5.29±1.08) minutes, significantly shorter than(8.99±1.89) minutes in the control group, P<0.05. The success rate in the observation group(95.24%) was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group, P<0.05. Complications in the control group were 28.57%, significantly higher than 4.76% in the observation group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided applied in PICC in patients with temporary hemodialysis can improve the success rate of catheterization, enhance the efficacy of hemodialysis, reduce complications, and has clinical value.
