多目标电网规划的分层最优化措施

摘要
电网规划是十分复杂的一项系统性工程,具有极大的不明确性与不规律性。随着我国经济的不断发展,电网规模不断扩大,对供电系统的可靠性要求也不断提高,因此,针对大规模、多目标、多阶段电网规划的安全性、适用性与经济性问题,提出分层最优化措施,已成为我国当前供电系统中必须要处理的一个重要问题。基于此,文中提出一种多目标电网规划的分层最优化算法,使计算工作量得到极大降低,并通过算例分析证明了该算法是可靠的。
        Power grid planning is a complicated systematic project with great uncertainty and irregularity. With continuous development of economy, power grid scale in China has been expanding, and reliability requirements of power supply system have been increasing also. Therefore, in view of security, applicability and economy of large-scale, multi-objective and multi-stage power grid planning, hierarchical optimization measures have been an important issue to be processed in current power supply system in China. Based on this, the paper proposes hierarchical optimization algorithm for multi-objective power network planning, which may reduce computational workload greatly and proves reliability of the algorithm through an example analysis.
