多功能农业视角下粤港澳大湾区生态养老模式探索

摘要
以多功能农业为载体,发展契合粤港澳大湾区城市群实际的生态养老,走出一条老有所养、老有所乐和老有所为的健康绿色养老之路,是大湾区建设和乡村振兴的应有之义。蕴含于自然景观之中的农业景观是大湾区天然的绿色生态圈,营造了生态养老的天然支撑;千年农耕文明的濡染使乡土情结厚植国人内心深处,这奠定了生态养老人文基础;依托区域内人才、科技和资本优势,健全农业经营体系和社会化服务体系,改善农村基础设施,在城乡融合中建立起生态养老的立体化的支持体系,得以保障生态养老的可持续性。粤港澳大湾区应结合自身特点,推进乡村产业、文化和生态振兴,拓展农业功能,建设生态养老的有效载体;进而整合粤港澳城乡资源,强化区域协同,因时因地探索一条可持续的生态养老之路。
The establishment of elderly care ecological support model of urban groups in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area(GBA) should consider multi-functional agriculture and a healthy and green approach. The agricultural landscape in the natural landscape is a natural green ecological circle in GBA and it can create a natural support for ecological elderly care. The enclosing of millennium agricultural civilization has made the local complex deep in the hearts of the people,which has laid the humanistic foundation of ecological elderly support. The paper states the new model should take advantages of talents, science and technology and capital, with its improving agricultural management system and socialized service system,its enhancement of rural infrastructure, and a new three-dimensional support system. Greater Bay Area should fully combine their own characteristics, promote rural industry, culture and ecological revitalization, expand the agricultural function, and build an effective carrier of ecological old-age support, and then integrate the urban and rural resources, strengthen the regional coordination, and explore a sustainable way for the aged.
