<正>原发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤(primary centra nervous system lymphoma,PCNSL)是一类少见的侵袭性结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤,主要累及中枢神经系统的脑、软脑膜、脊髓或眼等部位,而没有全身其他部位受累。文献报道PCNSL大约占原发中枢神经系统肿瘤的3%,年发病率约百万分之四~[1-2]。免疫缺陷是PCNSL发病的一个高危因素,约2%~6%的艾滋病病毒感染者发生PCNSL,发病率远高于
