基于CAE分析的汽车刹车油盒家族模注塑模具设计

摘要
结合刹车油盒塑件家族模同模注塑成型的条件,综合运用CAE辅助分析和UG三维设计手段设计了2个不同结构塑件的家族模同模注塑模具,模具为单分型面模具。浇注系统采用潜伏式浇口进行浇注,实现了塑件与流道废料的自动分离。盖子塑件的脱模机构采用1个哈弗滑块,实现了上盖端口的侧面抽芯脱模;储液箱塑件采用1个斜导柱斜滑块机和1个油缸驱动斜滑块结构,实现了储液箱塑件上2处斜管特征的脱模。斜滑块机构设计中,斜管油缸抽芯机构通过行程开关调整机构的抽芯距离,降低了机构装配的调试难度。模具的成型件采用镶件镶拼方式,有利于成型件加工和运水水路开设。模具结构设计合理,机构构思精巧,可为同类塑件的注塑生产提供必要的参考作用。
        Combined with brake oil box injection moulding,Using CAE aided analysis and UG 3 d design method,the same mold injection mould of two different structures was designed. The mold was a single parting surface mold. The casting system adopt the submine gate to realize the automatic separation of the plastic parts and the waste runner in the mould. The demoulding mechanism of the plastic part of cover adopt 1 haval slide block to realize the demoulding of side core of the end of the upper cover. The liquid storage tank plastic part adopt a slanting column inclined slide block machine and an oil cylinder driving slanting slide block structure to achieve the demoulding of two inclined pipe features on the liquid storage tank plastic part. In the design of inclined sliding block mechanism,the core pulling mechanism of inclined pipe oil cylinder could be flexibly adjusted by means of stroke switch,which reduced the difficulty of adjusting the core pulling distance of mechanism assembly. The molding part of the mold adopt the setting pattern,which was conducive to the processing of the molding part and the opening of water and waterways. The mould structure design was reasonable,the mechanism design was exquisite,may provided the beneficial reference for the injection molding production of the same kind of plastic parts.
