摘要
随着矿井地质条件的变化,主井提升的原煤密度和粒度组成发生了较大变化,再加上钢铁行业及焦化行业的不景气,用户对冶炼精煤的质量提出了越来越高的要求,导致洗煤厂洗煤副产品中煤的产率大幅提高,现有的中煤脱水系统已经适应不了洗煤的要求,对中煤脱水系统的改造迫在眉睫。以三河尖煤矿选煤厂为例,对中煤脱水系统的改造进行分析。结果表明,系统改造是成功的,提高了系统的稳定性,同时中煤产品的水分含量明显降低,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
        With the change of geological conditions in mines,the density and grain size composition of raw coal upgraded by the main well has undergone major changes.Coupled with the sluggishness of the steel industry and the coking industry,users have increasingly raised the quality of smelted clean coal.The high requirements have led to a significant increase in the yield of coal in the coal washing by-products of the coal washing plant.The existing medium coal dewatering system has not been able to meet the requirements of coal washing,and the reform of the medium coal dewatering system is imminent.Taking the Sanhejian Coal Preparation Plant as an example,the transformation of the Chinese coal dewatering system was analyzed.The results of the transformation show that the system transformation is successful,and the stability of the system is improved.At the same time,the moisture of the Chinese coal products is significantly reduced,and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
