精神分裂症的认知康复护理与效果评定

摘要
为探讨认知康复护理在减轻精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍方面的价值,选择2017年2月—2018年5月收治的55例住院精神分裂症患者,25例给予常规护理(传统组),另30例在常规护理基础上,推行认知康复护理(康复组),对比两组护理效果。护理后,康复组MMSE各项评分均高于传统组,差异较为明显(P <0. 05);康复组治疗有效率为93. 3%(28/30),高于传统组72. 0%(18/25)(P <0. 05),说明加强精神分裂症患者认知康复护理干预,有益于提升患者的认知水平,优化临床疗效,值得推广。
To explore the value of cognitive rehabilitation nursing in alleviating cognitive dysfunction of schizophrenic patients,55 inpatients with schizophrenia were selected from February 2017 to May 2018. 25 cases were given routine nursing( traditional group),and 30 cases were given cognitive rehabilitation nursing( rehabilitation group) on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. After nursing,the scores of MMSE in rehabilitation group were higher than those in traditional group,the difference was obvious( P < 0. 05); the effective rate of rehabilitation group was 93. 3%( 28/30),higher than that of traditional group 72. 0%( 18/25)( P < 0. 05). It shows that strengthening cognitive rehabilitation nursing intervention for schizophrenic patients is beneficial to improve the cognitive level of patients and optimize the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
