抗过敏类健康产品中非法添加氯苯那敏的快速筛查方法研究

摘要
目的:建立快速筛查抗过敏类健康产品中非法添加氯苯那敏的化学方法。方法:采用化学显色法进行快速筛查,并通过高效液相色谱串联质谱法进行结果确证。结果:共计收集样品31批,其中有5批非法添加氯苯那敏。化学显色法检测的灵敏度为100%,漏检率为0,准确度为100%。结论:该方法简便快速、灵敏度高,可广泛应用于抗过敏类健康产品中非法添加氯苯那敏的快速筛查。
Objective:To establish a chemical rapid screening of chlorphenamine which were illegally added into antihytensive Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Foods.Methods:The chemical rapid screening was performed by a chemical chromogenic reaction,and further verified by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method.Results:Chlorphenamine was found in 5 samples of total 31 collected samples.The sensitivity is 100%,the miss rate is 0 and the accuracy rate is 100%.Conclusion:The rapid screening is simple and sensitive and can be widely employed in the detection of chlorphenamine in antihypertensive Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Foods.
