医院信息化管理用于中药房管理的价值研究

摘要
目的评价医院信息化管理模式用于中药房管理的效果及不良发事件发生率。方法选取中药房2016年3月—2017年4月常规管理诊疗患者60例作为基础组,2017年5月—2018年6月信息化管理诊疗患者60例作为观察组。对比两种方法的管理效果。结果评价组取药时间短于基础组,且相对比基础组,评价组的调剂准确率高,不良事件发生率低,数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论在中药房管理中应用医院信息化管理模式,确保调剂准确性,缩短患者取药时间,减少不良事件发生次数。
Objective To evaluate the effect of hospital information management mode on the management of Chinese medicine pharmacy and the incidence of adverse events. Methods 60 patients with routine management from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the basic group, 60 patients with information management from May 2017 toJune 2018 were selected as observation group. The management effects of the two methods were compared. Results The time of taking drugs of the observation group was shorter than that of the basic group, and the adjustment accuracy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the basic group. The incidence of adverse events was lower in the observation groups, P <0.05. Conclusion The application of hospital information management mode in the management of Chinese medicine pharmacy ensures the accuracy of adjustment, shortens the time for patients to take medicine, and reduces the number of adverse events.
