摘要
目的探讨香青兰对慢性高原病模型大鼠的改善作用。方法 100只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、硝苯地平组、香青兰水提组、香青兰醇提组,每组20只。除对照组外,其他4组共80只大鼠建立慢性高原病模型,连续造模30 d后,4组分别给予蒸馏水0.4 ml,硝苯地平2.7 mg/kg,香青兰水提物0.4 ml,香青兰醇提物0.4 ml,对照组给予蒸馏水0.4 ml。连续干预15 d后,测定肺动脉压(pulmonary arterial pressure, PAP)、颈动脉压(carotid arterial pressure, CAP)、血清学指标[内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)、高同型半胱氨酸(homocystein?emia, Hcy)、一氧化氮(NO)]、血常规、血气分析。结果香青兰水提物可降低模型组大鼠血清中ET-1、Hcy、VEGF、Hb、HCT含量,升高NO、SpO2和PaO2(P<0.05)。香青兰醇提物可以有效改善除SpO2和PaO2之外的所有指标(P<0.05)。结论香青兰对慢性高原病具有一定的改善作用。
