以循证药学为基础构建医院中药饮片超常用药预警体系

摘要
目的:以循证药学为基础构建医院中药饮片超常用药预警体系,促进中药饮片的合理应用。方法:以临床中药师为主导,以循证药学为基础建立医院高警讯中药饮片管理制度、中药饮片处方点评制度、中药饮片超常用药预警制度及中药饮片不良反应监测和反馈制度等多方面的运行制度,并以此构建医院中药饮片超常用药预警体系。结果:通过2年来的中药饮片超常用药预警体系实践,中药饮片使用各项指标均显示出良好趋势。结论:以循证药学为基础构建医院中药饮片超常用药预警体系可提高中药饮片处方质量和合理应用水平,值得推广应用。
Objective: To establish an early warning system for the supernormal drug use of Chinese herbal pieces based on evidence-based pharmacy so as to promote rational use of Chinese herbal pieces. Methods: Led by the clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine, high alert management system of Chinese herbal pieces, the comment system of Chinese herbal pieces prescriptions, the warning system for the supernormal drug use of Chinese herbal pieces, the monitoring and feedback systems for adverse drug reaction and other operating systems were established based on evidence-based pharmacy. Correspondingly, the early warning system for the supernormal drug use of Chinese herbal pieces in hospital was set up. Results: Through practice of the early warning system for the supernormal drug use of Chinese herbal pieces in the past 2 years, the indexes of Chinese herbal pieces used all showed a good trend. Conclusion: The establishment of an early warning system for the supernormal drug use of Chinese herbal pieces in hospital could improve the quality of prescriptions and the rational use of Chinese herbal pieces, and therefore is worthy of popularization and application.
