中西医结合治疗糖尿病皮肤溃疡37例临床观察

摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗对糖尿病皮肤溃疡患者皮肤创面修复及疼痛的影响。方法:选取74例糖尿病皮肤溃疡患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组给予控制血糖、抗感染、清创处理,观察组加用生红液创面湿敷。对比两组皮肤溃疡创面面积以及换药时的疼痛程度变化。结果:两组治疗后的创面面积均显著小于治疗前(P <0. 05);且观察组治疗后的创面面积,显著小于对照组(P <0. 05);两组治疗后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均显著低于治疗前(P <0. 05);观察组治疗2周后和治疗4周后的VAS评分,均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:中西医结合疗法可减轻糖尿病皮肤溃疡患者创面疼痛程度,促进皮肤创面的愈合。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on wound healing and pain in diabetic skin ulcer. Methods 74 patients with diabetic skin ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hypoglycemia,anti infection and wound disinfection. The observation group was treated with wet dressing of Shenghong Ye at the same time. The area of skin ulcer wound and the degree of pain during dressing change were compared between the two groups. Results The wound area of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). The wound area after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The Visual Analogue Score( VAS) after treatment in the two groups was significantly lower than those before the treatment( P < 0. 05). The VAS after 2 weeks and after 4 weeks were significantly lower than those in the control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine can alleviate the degree of pain in diabetic skin ulcer patients and promote the healing of skin wounds.
