中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎的效果观察

摘要
目的分析中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎的效果及体会。方法回顾性分析84例急性重症胰腺炎的临床资料,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各42例,其中对照组采用常规西医治疗方法,观察组则采用中西医结合的治疗方法,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果等。结果观察组患者的生命体征稳定时间等等指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对重症急性胰腺炎患者采用中西医结合的治疗方法效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods The clinical data of 84 cases of acute severe pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Results The stability time of vital signs and other indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of severe acute pancreatitis patients with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a significant clinical effect, with high clinical value.
