摘要

正义是社会主义核心价值观的价值基础,是社会主义的基本价值取向。基于罗尔斯的正义思想和中国传统的正义观念比较的视角,全面审视新时代对正义需求的必要性和重要性,同时进一步挖掘其中可供借鉴的丰富资源,对新时代中国特色社会主义建设具有重要意义。
        Justice is the value basis of socialist core values and the basic value orientation of socialism.Based on the comparison between Rawls' justice thought and traditional Chinese justice idea,it is of great significance for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics to comprehensively examine the necessity and importance of the need for justice in the new era and further explore the abundant resources for reference.
