摘要
基于耦合器的机械特性,对其影响因素及其调速的应用进行研究,得到了耦合器稳定工作的速率变化区间和铜盘的涡流损耗计算公式,分析涡流损耗对耦合器重点性能指标的影响规律。该研究结果可被应用于对耦合器调速性能的研究中,同时可为耦合器调速节能功能的应用奠定理论基础。
Based on the mechanical characteristics of couplers, the influence factors and the application of speed regulation are studied. The speed varying range of coupler stable operation and the calculation formula of eddy current loss of copper disk are obtained. The influence of eddy current loss on the key performance of couplers is analyzed.The results can be used to study the speed regulation performance of couplers and lay a theoretical foundation for the application of energy saving function of couplers.
