农村老年人的互助养老意愿及其实现方式研究

摘要
互助养老突破了农村老年人养老中的资金困境、服务困境、老年人力资源浪费困境和被动式养老困境,是未来有效解决农村老年人养老问题的重要出路。本文基于全国12个省36个县1204位农村老年人调查数据,利用二元Logistic回归模型和交互分析方法,实证分析农村老年人的互助养老意愿、影响因素及其实现路径。研究结果表明:农村老年人的互助养老意愿较低,有待进一步开发;家庭规模、代际关系、所在地区、健康状况、相对收入、银行存款和个体特征变量中的年龄、民族和婚姻状况,对农村老年人互助养老意愿有显著影响。其中,所在地区、银行存款和健康状况是决定农村老年人互助养老意愿的关键因素。获得经济补偿、获得未来养老照顾服务和志愿照顾,是农村老年人参与互助养老的三种主要方式,其中,志愿型互助养老是首选途径。农村老年人的互助养老方式,存在显著的地区差异,越是靠近东部地区,农村老年人越希望通过志愿照顾的方式参与互助养老,而越是靠近西部地区,农村老年人越希望通过获得经济补偿的方式参与互助养老。
Mutual support for the aged breaks through the dilemma of fund,service,waste of human resources and passive pension. It is an important way to effectively solve the pension problem of the rural elderly in the future. Based on the survey data of 1204 coming from rural elderly people in 36 counties of 12 provinces in China,this paper empirically analyzes the willingness of rural elderly people to help each other in providing for the aged,influencing factors and their realization paths by using the binary Logistic regression model and interactive analysis method. The results show that the willingness of rural elderly to support each other is low and needs to be further developed. Family size,intergenerational relationship,location,health status,relative income,bank deposits and age,ethnicity and marital status in individual characteristic variables have a significant impact on the willingness of rural elderly to help each other. Among them,the location,bank deposits and health status are the key factors to determine the willingness of rural elderly people to support each other.There are three main ways for the elderly in rural areas to participate in mutual assistance for the aged,among which voluntary mutual assistance for the aged is the first choice. There are significant regional differences in the modes of mutual assistance for the aged in rural areas. The closer to the eastern region,the more rural elderly people hope to participate in mutual assistance for the aged through voluntary care,and the closer to the western region,the more rural elderly people hope to participate in mutual assistance for the aged through economic compensation.
