<正>1959年,Furman和Schwedel首次报道了用于完全性房室传导阻滞治疗的心内膜起搏电极植入术~([1]),此后经静脉的起搏电极导线植入技术一直沿用至今。目前永久起搏器(permanentpacemaker,PPM)和埋藏式心脏转复除颤器(implantable car-dioverter-defibrillator,ICD)在临床上应用越来越广泛,明显改善了患者的生活质量和预后。而经静脉起搏电极导线植入术后相关的并发症如三尖瓣反流也越来越受到人们的关注。有研究发现中度
