摘要
本研究基于零电流(ZCS)的串联谐振逆变电路和基于零电压(ZVS)的串联谐振逆变电路的脉冲频率调制(PFM)控制方式的不同,对Siemens、Philips、GE、Shimadzu、Toshiba等各大公司的X射线机设备的电路原理进行分析,判断各自的高压逆变电路的工作方式,分析高压控制的实现方法,探讨不同品牌X射线机设备的高压逆变电路的特点并进行比较。通过分析各大公司高频高压发生器的性能特点,可以理解高压发生器的特点和性能,了解X线机设备各电气部件、电路板(包括灯丝板、旋转阳极驱动板等)的功能和原理,可以为国内X线机设备厂商的研究开发提供参考。
        Based on the difference of pulse frequency modulation(PFM) control mode between zero current switch(ZCS) series resonant inverter circuit and zero voltage switch(ZVS) series resonant inverter circuit, this paper analysed the circuit principle of X-ray equipment of Siemens, Philips, GE, Shimadzu, Toshiba and other large companies, judged the working mode of their high voltage inverter circuit, analyzed the implementation method of the high voltage control, discussed the characteristics of high-voltage inverter circuits of different brands X-ray machines, then compared and researched them. Based on the analysis of the performance characteristics of high frequency and high voltage generators of various large companies, the characteristics and performance of high voltage generators can be understood, and the functions and principles of electrical components and circuit boards of X-ray equipment(including filament boards, rotary anode drive boards, etc. can be understood, which can provide guidance for the research and development of domestic X-ray equipment manufacturers.
