骨科无菌手术切口感染相关因素分析与护理干预

摘要
目的探寻骨科无菌手术切口感染的相关因素,并浅析有效护理干预对手术切口感染的影响。方法选择泉州市中医院2016年7月—2017年11月期间接受骨科无菌手术治疗的21例患者作为观察组,选择2016年以前采取常规护理方式的21例患者作为对照组,采取logistic回归分析方式探究切口感染发生的相关因素,并将对照组与观察组作比较,探究有效护理方式对手术切口感染的影响。结果采取围术期护理与常规护理的骨科无菌手术中,观察组手术切口感染率为9.52%,对照组手术切口感染率为19.05%,差异显著;两组平均住院时间比较,观察组明显短于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科无菌手术的相关因素较多,因此手术中需要严格准守规定与流程,并积极采取有效的护理配合,降低切口感染发生率,围术期护理方式效果较好,值得应用。
Objective To explore the related factors of incision infection in orthopedic sterile surgical incision and analyze the effect of effective nursing intervention on incision infection. Method 21 patients undergoing orthopedic aseptic surgery in the hospital from July,2016 to November,2017 were selected as the observation group,and 21 patients with routine nursing before 2016 were selected as the control group. Logistic regression analysis was applied to explore the related factors of incision infection,and to compare the control group with the observation group,so as to explore the effect of effective nursing on the infection of operative incision.Result The infection rate of operative incision was 9.52% in the observation group and that in control group was 19.05%. The difference was great significant. The average hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Theorthopedic sterile surgery possesses many factors,which requires to strictly observe the rules and procedures and actively take effective nursing cooperation,so as to reduce theincidence of incision infection. Effect of perioperative nursing is good,so it is worth application.
