以应用型人才为目标的临床医学专业“三导向”培养模式改革探讨

摘要
我国医学院校临床教学中不同程度地存在着重理论轻技能,实习积极性不高等问题。医学生进入临床工作后,表现为动手能力较差,不能胜任临床工作,其原因与社会就业压力、医疗环境及师资力量有关。本研究按照临床医学专业培养标准,结合学校学院的具体情况,对培养模式进行改革探索,以"职业情感"、"执业能力"和"社会适应"三方面为导向,提高五年制临床医学生的临床决策能力、临床实践技能,培养具有良好的人文素养、坚实的医学理论基础和较强的临床实践能力,能够有效地解决临床实际问题,具有基层医疗服务能力的应用型医学专门人才。
In clinical teaching of medical colleges in China,there exist different problems for focusing on medical theory,such as the emphasis on theory,the lack of skills and the low enthusiasm of practice. After entering the clinical work,medical students showed poor hands-on ability and were not qualified for clinical work. The reasons were related to social employment pressure,medical environment and faculty resources. According to the cultural standards of clinical medicine specialty and the specific conditions of the colleges,this study explored the reform of the cultivation model,guided by three parts of "profession emotion", "practicing ability" and "social adaptation",to improve five-year clinical medical students' abilities of the clinical decision-making ability,clinical practice skills,and cultivation of professional medical applied talents with good humanistic literacy,solid medical theory,and strong clinical practice ability,can solve practical clinical problems effectively and have basic medical service capabilities.
