基于现代学徒制背景下针灸推拿专业校园文化建设研究与实践

摘要
针灸推拿专业在引入现代学徒制教学模式的过程中,需要积极推进校园文化建设工作,为校企文化融合及学生发展打下良好基础。文章首先对现代学徒制背景下校园文化建设的基本方向进行分析,进而探讨针灸推拿专业校园文化建设的具体需求。在此基础上提出几点实践策略,以期为针灸推拿专业学生提供一个良好的校园文化环境。
In the process of introducing the modern apprenticeship teaching mode, the acupuncture and massage major needs to actively promote the construction of campus culture, so as to lay a good foundation for the school-enterprise cultural integration and student development. This paper first analyzes the basic direction of campus culture construction under the background of modern apprenticeship, and then discusses the specific needs of campus culture construction of acupuncture and massage major. On this basis, several practical strategies are proposed in order to provide a good campus culture environment for acupuncture and massage students.
