延长美罗培南输注时间对重症感染患者治愈率及炎性因子的影响

摘要
目的探讨延长美罗培南输注时间对重症感染患者治愈率及炎性因子的影响。方法将我院2017年4月至2018年2月收治的重症感染患者70例以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各35例,对照组采用常规给药方式;观察组延长美罗培南输注时间。观察治愈率及炎性因子水平。结果观察组患者治愈率为60.00%,明显较对照组34.29%高(P <0.05);观察组治疗后炎性因子水平明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论延长美罗培南输注时间可提高重症感染治疗效果,也能控制炎性因子水平,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of prolonging Meropenem infusion time on the cure rate and inflammatory factors in patients with severe infection. Methods The 70 severely infected patients who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and a 35 observation group. In the control group. The control group used conventional administration; the observation group prolonged Meropenem infusion time. Observe the cure rate and inflammatory factor levels. Result The cure rate in the observation group was 60.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(34.29%)(P<0.05). The inflammatory factor levels were significantly lower in the observation group after treatment. The control group was low(P <0.05). Conclusion Prolonging the infusion time of Meropenem can improve the therapeutic effect of severe infection, and it can also control the level of inflammatory factors, which is worth promoting.
