摘要
胸腺瘤作为拥有漫长病程的惰性肿瘤,构建其专病数据库,对于病情的监控和治疗具有重要的现实意义。本文以上海市胸科医院为研究背景,依托医院的临床数据中心CDR,通过在电子病历系统中新增对应的病种模板,结构化了689个数据采集项,实现了以患者身份证为主索引的胸腺瘤专病数据库,并设立了数据质量评估体系。胸腺瘤数据库共采集了394例患者的数据,满足了临床快速获得有效信息的需求,辅助医生完成了4个科研随访项目的分析,取得了较好的应用成效,同时也为未来区域多中心专病数据库的建设工作提供了参考依据。
        Thymus adenoma, as an inert tumor with a long course of disease, has important practical significance for the monitoring and treatment of the disease by constructing its special disease database. Taking Shanghai chest hospital as the research background and relying on the clinical data center CDR of the hospital, 689 data collection items were structured by adding the corresponding disease type template in the electronic medical record system. A thymic adenoma special disease database with the patient id card as the main index was realized, and a data quality evaluation system was established. A total of 394 patients were collected from the thymic adenoma database, which met the needs of rapid and effective clinical information acquisition. It assisted doctors to complete the analysis of 4 follow-up scientific research projects, and achieved good application results. At the same time, it also provided a reference basis for the construction of the regional multi-center special disease database in the future.
