医师技术档案管理系统的设计与应用

摘要
探讨医师技术档案管理系统的设计与应用。基于Lotus Domino/Notes+J2EE应用平台,结合RDB擅长结构化数据处理与Domino擅长文档型数据处理等各自优势,利用OA流程引擎、Domino定时机制、Domino WebService等技术,通过个人填报、数据导入、系统间数据交互对接等方式,实现医师综合信息、工作量、科研教学、继续教育、质控检查等人事、科教、医务三部门的档案信息整合,建成医师技术档案。通过该系统的实施运用,加强对医师技术档案补充、收集、更新,使存档的材料能真实地反映实际情况,确保医院在人才培养、职称晋升、干部聘用等方面的合理性和公正性,为医院可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。
Discusses the design and application of doctor's technical archives management system. Based on Lotus Domino/Notes+J2 EE application platform, combined with RDB is good at structured data processing and Domino is good at document data processing and their respective advantages, using OA process engine, Domino timing mechanism and Domino WebService technology, through personal filling, data import, data interfacing between systems to integrate the archival information of the personnel,science and education, medical and medical departments, such as doctors' comprehensive information, workload, scientific research and teaching, continuing education, quality control and inspection, and build the medical technical archives. Through the implementation and application of the system, we should strengthen the supplement, collection and renewal of doctor's technical archives, so that the archived materials can truly reflect the actual situation, ensure the rationality and fairness of the hospital in personnel training, professional title promotion, cadre employment and other aspects, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of hospital.
