趋势分析方法在血液质量控制中的调控作用

摘要
目的探讨血液质量控制中应用趋势分析方法的调控作用。方法收集处理2017年供应临床的8种血液成分的质量控制数据,选取其关键指标,并采用折线图结合警戒限、行动限的方式对关键指标数据进行处理分析。结果血液抽检的部分关键指标未能完全符合《全血及成分质量要求》的标准值,其中冷沉淀凝血因子、新鲜冷冻血浆、去白细胞悬浮红细胞、去白细胞单采血小板出现偏离,而其他血液指标均受控。结论在血液质量调控中采用趋势分析图不仅能够准确分析血液成分不达标情况,还能够进一步作出改善,保障血液的质量安全。
Objective To investigate the regulatory role of trend analysis method in blood quality control.Methods The quality control data of eight blood components supplied for clinical practice in 2017 were collected and processed, and then key indicators were selected. A line chart in combination with alert limits and action limits were applied to process and analyze the key indicators. Results Some of the key indicators of blood sampled deviated from the standard values given in Quality Requirements for Whole Blood and Blood Components, including cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factors, fresh frozen plasma, leukocyte-reduced red blood cells in additive solution, and leukocytereduced apheresis platelets, while other blood indicators are all within the standard values range. Conclusion The application of trend analysis chart in blood quality control can not only accurately analyze which blood components deviate from standard values, but also further improve and ensure the quality and safety of blood.
