品管圈对消毒供应中心管理中供应物品质量及临床满意度的影响

摘要
目的探讨品管圈对消毒供应中心管理中供应物品质量及临床满意度的影响。方法我院于2016年1月至2016年12月对消毒供应中心实施常规管理,2017年1至2017年12月实施品管圈管理。比较实施品管圈前、后供应物品质量、工作人员态度及临床满意度。结果实施品管圈后,机械清洗合格率、无菌包合格率及物品消毒合格率均显著升高(P<0.05);工作人员工作技巧、工作积极性、团队精神及质控管理评分均升高(P<0.05);医护人员临床满意度显著升高(P<0.05)。结论品管圈管理实施可有效提高消毒供应中心工作人员工作技巧、质控管理和供应物品质量,增加临床满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on the quality of supplies and the clinical satisfaction in the management of disinfection supply center. Methods Routine management was performed from January2016 to December 2016 in disinfection supply center in our hospital, and quality control circle was performed from January2017 and December 2017. The quality of supplies, staff's attitude and clinical satisfaction before and after performed were compared. Results Afte quality control circle performed, the mechanical cleaning qualified rate, qualified rate of sterile package and articles disinfecting qualification rate significantly increased(P<0.05); the scores of work skills, work enthusiasm,teamwork awareness and quality control of the staff significantly increased(P<0.05); the clinical satisfaction rate of medical staff increased(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control circle management in disinfection supply center can improve the work skills of the staff, work of quality control management and the quality of supplies, it also can improve the clinical satisfaction.
