摘要
目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)管理法在提高医院水银血压计安全管理合格率中的效果。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年2月医院各科室水银血压计使用数据,将2017年8月13日至9月7日的数据为实施QCC管理法前数据,2018年1月15日到2018年2月28日数据为实施后数据。成立QCC小组(医工圈),梳理水银血压计安全管理的5个标准,确立"提高医院水银血压计安全管理合格率"为主题,运用柏拉图分析,明确QCC实施的3项重点工作;通过头脑风暴法绘制出鱼骨图,分析医院水银血压计合格率低的主要原因并制定对策,设定预期目标值,比较实施前后水银血压计合格率数据。结果:基于QCC管理法从日常管理、暴露处理和安全培训3个层面加强水银血压计安全管控,QCC活动实施前医院水银血压计安全管理合格率为51.96%,实施后合格率提高至89.7%。结论:QCC管理法可提高科室人员对水银血压计安全使用重视度,提升医院水银血压计的安全管理合格率,减少医院水银血压计费用支出,降低医护工作者职业暴露风险发生率,避免水银泄露挥发引起的环境污染。
        Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC) management in increasing the qualified rate of safety management of mercury sphygmomanometer in hospital. Methods: The data of mercury sphygmomanometers collected from August 13, 2017 to February 28, 2018. And the data from August 13, 2017 to September 7, 2017 were used as the data pre-implementation of QCC method, and the data from January 15, 2018 to February 28, 2018 were used as the data post-implementation of QCC method. QCC group was set up to sort out five standards of safety management of mercury sphygmomanometer, and to establish the theme of "increasing the qualified rate of safety management of mercury sphygmomanometer of hospital ", and to clarify three key tasks in the implementation of QCC, and to determine the main reasons of low qualified rate of mercury sphygmomanometer of hospital, and to formulate countermeasures and set the expected target value. And then, the data of qualified rate of mercury sphygmomanometer between pre and post implementation were analyzed and compared. Results: Based on QCC management method, safety control of mercury sphygmomanometer was strengthened from three aspects: daily management, exposure treatment and safety training.The qualified rate of safety management of mercury sphygmomanometer was 51.96% before the implementation of QCC activities, and it was increased to 89.7% after the implementation of QCC activities. Conclusion: QCC management method can improve the attention of departmental personnel to the safe use of mercury sphygmomanometer, and enhance the qualified rate of safety management of mercury sphygmomanometer in hospital, and reduce the cost of mercury sphygmomanometer in hospital, and decrease the incidence of occupational exposure risk of medical and nursing workers,and reduce the environmental pollution caused by mercury leakage and evaporation.
