不同层次护生创业素质分析及教学对策

摘要
了解本专科护生创业素质现状,为护理教育提供可行性的教育教学对策。自制调查问卷,采用便利抽样法选取我校2015—2017级全日制在校本、专科护生进行问卷调查,问卷回收后对数据进行处理分析。共回收759份,其中本科175份,专科584份。调查显示护理本专科生创业意识较薄弱、创业能力较低,不同学历层次的护生创业素质既有共同点,又有差异性。学校创新创业教育应基于不同层次护生的特点,创新人才培养模式,强化创新创业能力训练,培养适应创新型国家建设需要的高水平创新人才。
Objective To understand the status of entrepreneurial quality of nursing students at different levels, and to provide teaching measures for nursing education. Methods A questionnaire was made by ourselves. Nursing students of Xiamen medical college from 2015 to 2017 were selected by convenience sampling method, to conduct a questionnaire survey. The data were processed and analyzed after the questionnaire was collected. Results 759 questionnaires were collected, 175 from undergraduates and 584 from college students.The results showed that nursing students' entrepreneurial awareness was weak and their entrepreneurial ability was low. The entrepreneurial quality of nursing students at different levels has both similarities and differences.Conclusion Education of school should innovate training mode, strengthen the training of innovative and entrepreneurial ability, and cultivate high-level innovative students suitable for the construction of an innovative country, based on the characteristics of nursing students at different levels.
