摘要
目的探讨医学模拟在内科临床技能学中的应用研究及意义。方法选择2013级临床专业116名临床技能课学生作为研究对象,将其随机分两组,实验组采用医学模拟教学,对照组采用传统授课教学(LBL),最终评价教学效果。结果实验组学生的理论成绩、技能比赛成绩、OSCE总成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学模拟教学可增加学生们的临床学习积极性,可在临床技能中广泛应用,有利于临床诊治思维的建立和教育改革的发展。
Objective To explore the application and significance of medical simulation in internal medicine. Methods 116 clinical skills students of grade 2013 clinical specialty were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group adopted medical simulation teaching, the control group adopted traditional teaching(LBL), and finally the teaching effect was evaluated. Results In the experimental group, the academic grade, skill competition and OSCE score were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Medical simulation teaching may enhance increasing of students and can be widely used in clinical skills, which is conducive to the establishment of clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking and the development of education reform.
