摘要
目的:探讨临床路径式教学法在护理实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:以2016年1-12月笔者所在医院实施传统带教方法期间的36名护理实习生为对照组,以2017年1-12月笔者所在医院实施临床路径式教学法期间的38名护理实习生为研究组。带教3周后,对比两组理论、实践操作考核效果及对带教工作的满意度。结果:研究组护理实习生理论成绩(98.21±0.63)分、实践操作考核成绩(93.50±2.05)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生满意度100%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理实习生带教中临床路径式教学法的应用效果更为理想,能提升理论及实践操作掌握水平,改善教学满意度,值得进行深入研究和推广。
        Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in nursing interns.Method:36 nursing interns were used as the control group during the period of January to December 2016,and 38 nursing interns during the implementation of clinical pathway teaching method from January to December 2017 were used as the research group.After 3 weeks' teaching,compared the two groups' theory and practice examination results and their satisfaction with teaching.Result:The theoretical scores of nursing interns(98.21±0.63)points and practical operation assessment(93.50±2.05)points were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of satisfaction of the study group was 100% higher than that of the control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in nursing interns is more ideal.It can improve the level of theoretical and practical operation and improve the satisfaction of teaching.It is worthy of further research and promotion.
