摘要
对于刮板输送机刮板链的张紧检测与控制问题,首先分析了刮板链上4处关键位置的张紧力大小顺序,由此得出在机头链轮分离点进行张紧程度检测的方案;随后,对机头链轮下方刮板链的悬垂量进行了数学建模和实际检测方法研究,并最终提出了刮板链张力检测与控制系统的组成结构与功能。
For the problem of tension detection and control of scraper chain of scraper conveyor,firstly the tension force of four key positions on scraper chain is analyzed,and the scheme of testing the tension degree at the separating point of the nose sprocket is obtained.Then the mathematical model of the sag of the scraper chain under the nose sprocket is established and the actual detection method is studied.Finally,the structure and function of the scraper chain tension detection and control system are put forward.
