某高铅贫锌多金属矿石选矿试验研究

摘要
针对某高铅贫锌多金属矿石铅品位5. 50%、锌品位0. 37%,方铅矿与闪锌矿、黄铁矿、黄铜矿等金属硫化物关系密切,铅、锌分离难度大等特点,进行了重选—重选尾矿快速浮选—浮选尾矿铅、锌分离试验研究。结果表明:在最佳条件下,浮选闭路试验获得了较好指标,实现了铅、锌的有效分离,银铅精矿中铅总回收率96. 11%,银总回收率92. 36%;锌精矿锌品位52. 45%,锌回收率82. 41%;各产品含杂均达到了标准要求,经济效益显著。
        The lead and zinc grades of a polymetallic ore with high lead and low zinc content are 5. 50 % and 0. 37 % respectively. Galena,sphalerite,pyrite and chalcopyrite are closely related to metallic sulfide. It is difficult to separate lead and zinc. In light of these features,experimental research has been carried out on gravity separation-rapid flotation of gravity tailings-lead and zinc separation in flotation tailings. The results show that under optimal conditions,closed flotation circuit has obtained good index and effective separation of lead and zinc; in silver lead concentrates,overall lead recovery rate is 96. 11 % and silver recovery rate is 92. 36 %; in zinc concentrates,zinc grade is 52. 45%,zinc recovery rate is 82. 41 %; impurity content in each product meets the standards and the economic profits are significant.
