摘要

原发性震颤是最常见的成人运动性疾病之一,其发病机制尚不明确。现代医学治疗该病多以普萘洛尔和扑痫酮为一线治疗药物,病情重者采用手术治疗,但二者均存在疗效欠佳和副作用大的不足。凃晋文教授采用中医滋补肝肾,平肝熄风法治疗原发性震颤,在临床上取得了良好疗效。
        Essential tremor(ET) is one of the commonest adult motor disease.The mechanism of ET remains unclear.In modern medicine,Propranolol and Primidone are currently the first-line treatments for ET and surgery can be chosen by seriously ET patients.But both of them have the defects of poor curative effect and great side effects.Professor Jinwen treated essential tremor with nourishing liver and kidney and calming the liver and stopping wind,good curative effect has been obtained in clinic.
