摘要
中药汁具有药鲜汁纯,保持天然药物原有性味,气味俱存,润燥之性较强的特点,是一种最能保持中药天然性能的传统用药形式。叶天士在《临证指南医案》中多用药汁治疗病证,其在临证中,多将药物的鲜汁、干磨药汁以及蒸馏取汁入方,具有药材新鲜、加工方便、疗效较快、性较缓和、容易吸收、不易滋腻碍胃、保护胃气、和胃醒脾、养阴润燥,散结通窍、辛润通络、走窜行气、凉血止血之性强等优点。服用方法多为取鲜汁直接饮服、取汁代水、取汁冲服以及取汁熬膏调服。叶天士取其药汁应用,气味俱存,就能发挥较好的疗效。可见,药汁具有十分重要的临床应用价值,因而提高临床疗效必须重视药汁的应用和研究。

In Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records, YE Tian-shi often treated diseases and syndromes by juice of herbs such as fresh juice of drugs, dry grinding medicine juice and distilled herbs juice into prescription in his clinical. Juice of herbs had advantages of fresh herbs, convenient processing, the effect is fast, moderate, easy to absorb, not easily hurt stomach by greasy, protect the qi of stomach, harmonizing stomach and invigorating spleen, nourishing yin for moistening dryness, resolving masses and unblocking stuffy orifice, removing obstruction in collaterals with pungent and moisten, activating qi and strong at cooling blood for hemostasis. Taking more the drinking fresh juice directly, taking juice instead of water, taking juice to eadministere after dissolv and taking juice to product plaster to take as the taking methods. YE Tian-shi used juice of herbs with both natural and flavour exist exert a good effect. It can be seen that the juice of herbs has very important clinical application value. In order to improve the clinical effect, it is necessary to pay attention to the application and research of the juice of herbs.
